I have some things that are tried and true – I really do love! If you are looking for a product suggestion, check out some of my favorites below!

Writing:

I usually purchase plain, 3 packs of Moleskine brand journals from Target for around $13, but they’re also easily purchased online – the perfect size to stash in a handbag or backpack to record your stories and experiences, as well as quotes, grocery lists, and sketches.

I prefer the plain paper to keep my creativity free to roam!

And I like to write with these pens:

and I bit the bullet this year, purchasing a Happy Planner for Homeschooling:

one for personal planning:

Bullet Journaling!! I just use the Moleskins above and then simply Bullet Journal!

Scrapbooking:

I like to use Sharpie brand, fine point pens in my scrapbooks. They’re acid-free and beautiful colors that last!

12″ square scrapbooks allow for tons of pictures, scraps, and journaling; I use these, all black (except for my Postcard Scrapbooks, which are in blue), and used to purchase at Target (though my Target no longer carries them).
