Black Lives Matter
My own unrealized prejudice and privilege.
Organization of thoughts.
Chaos within.
Railing against the inequities in the world and realizing my own contributions to it.
Can I be part of the change?
Black Lives Matter
Love is Love
Equity, not just Equality is what we need…what many of us want to see in the world.
I’ve gone down the deep, dark hole of overwhelm; I’m returning.

A portion of his speech is read here by the fabulous James Earl Jones:
Updated to reflect on why my writing has been delayed to being posted:
I responded to this post from my homeschool mentor, Julie Bogart, on Instagram: ‘Oh my gosh – SO true! Rumination Overexplanation for sure – I’ve just drug myself out of the pit of self-doubt and helplessness in making changes for more equity in this unequitable world….and I’m realizing the change I need to make is within, one step at a time, but with forward progress 🖤’
