How to participate? A few guidelines as we begin….

  2. Write your submission on your blog, Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook Feed and ping back to the weekly blog post. Feel free to use the image provided or your own. Please do credit the artist whose image we use — Links provided.
  3. I have not enabled automatic pingbacks due to a plethora of spam messages attempting to link up. Do feel free to also continue posting your links and I will enable your pingbacks as I check my blog. Thank you for understanding!!
  4. I’ll provide a Weekly Summary, or Windup, of posts on or by Tuesday; take the opportunity to read and comment on your fellow bloggers posts {keeping in mind to give each other grace and space}. I try to read them all and post your submission in the Weekly Windup.
  5. Have fun! I enjoy reading your challenge submissions!

    1. Yes! Perfection is a cruel taskmaster – sucking our joy and gratitude for what we have. Brilliant as always 🖤 Thank you for joining us on our wordsmithing adventure 🖤

    1. So poignant in this time … do we succumb to the fear, or boldly live our lives knowing we will not be ruled by it? Excellent, thought-provoking take as always 🖤 Thank you for joining us again this week!

    1. Cautionary tale indeed. What once seemed like far flung thoughts of fear are proving to be more real than ever. I often wonder: are we at the convergence of sci-fi and reality? Has there ever been a line or has there always been a blur? Thank you for joining us this week! Feel free to go back and join us for any of our 100 Word Wednesdays – I’m working on my website and will be updating all the Wrap-Ups in the coming weeks 🖤

    1. Faith is certainly a reminder of our center; a grounding that transcends our current situation.! Anchoring us to the shore, faith in our God, ourselves, or even in humanity can be enough to weather the storm. It can also cause us to, ‘Rage against the dying of the light’ – which looks differently to each of us, through our own prisms of perspective. Thought provoking as always 🖤 Thank you for joining us again this week 🖤

    1. It’s funny how the dreams we chase end up taking a turn of their own, sometimes missing the mark. Is it part of the journey or missed opportunity? Hmmmmm.

Thank you for joining us again this week, my writing friend 🖤

    1. I was expecting a terrible end, but LOVE the twisty ending ❤ We all want to be able to swim with the crowd occasionally ❤ Thank you so much for joining us again this week!

    1. Nice! My husband and I got married under a portable shamiana carried by our cousins as we said our vows ❤ Ours was handmade and very special for me to mix into our eclectic ceremony ❤ Thank you for joining us again this week for 100 Word Wednesday ❤
