My apologies for the delay — I had set this to draft and not the publishing date. I’ve updated the rest of spring images to come out on time. Thank you for your kind patience!
Thank you for inquiring of me, Sangbad and Pensitivity101! I’m doing much better. As many of you know, I manage several minor health issues which were unexpectedly exasperated upon our return to Seattle from being in Hawaii in April. Pollen counts are extremely high this spring in Seattle and after returning from nearly a month in Hawaii where I had no allergies and stopped all allergy medication, my body was unprepared to return to the evergreen, pollen-ridden environment of the Pacific Northwest.
Oh the joys of getting older!
Coupled with this, I’m slowly crawling out of my hole of pain from an old eye injury that was irritated last weekend trying to move bamboo. I mentioned it on my Instagram feed, but a blade of the bamboo scraped my cornea. Being allergic to grass, coupled with the already increased levels of pollen, left me in a darkened room for days unable to open either eye. That’s how it works with eye injuries. Unfortunately, my family has a lot of experience with caring for eye injuries, but I’m digging out of my injury and the accumulation of ‘things left undone’ this weekend.
Thank you so much for your kind consideration and patience 💖
